Home Watch
Gigi Home Watch team members do a regular customized walk-through of your home, digitally reporting on each visit for accountability. This includes extensive checking and reporting of all water zones, electrical panel, lighting/fan operations, HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property. We look for leaks, pests, and mold—all of which can be present in homes left vacant for even the shortest time.
If an issue or incident is found, we immediately notify you and provide a detailed report and photos. We will recommend a choice of vetted professionals and resources.
Our digital reporting platform manages and archives every home visit and makes it available via the client portal, which includes:
- Customized checklists specific to each property.
- Onsite geolocation software activation.
